Dr. Kathryn Kyler, MD, MSc, is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine, and a first year T32 clinical pharmacology fellow within the Division of Clinical Pharmacology, Toxicology & Therapeutic Innovation at Children's Mercy Kansas City. She earned her MD from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and went on to complete pediatric residency training at Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. She completed fellowship training in Pediatric Hospital Medicine at Children's Mercy Kansas City in 2019, during which she earned a Masters in Bioinformatics and Clinical Reseach from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She has published original health services and pharmacoepidemiologic research, and is currently developing a research program focused on improving pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic information available for drugs prescribed to children with asthma and obesity.
