Hanieh Taheri, MS, is a research graduate student at The Ohio State University of Molecular Genetics department working at the college of Pharmacy. She earned her bachelor degree of Cell and Molecular biology at the University of Tehran, and her master of science in the Molecular Genetics at the Ohio State university. She's currently a forth year PhD student and studies the role of OATP1B transporters in the hepatic uptake and adverse effect of aromatase inhibitors. She has published some originial research papers in the field of the transporters and have presented her work in both pharmaceutical and clinical meetings. She has joined the ASCPT recently and won the presediential award of the ASCPT 2023 meeting.
