Dr. Marjorie Imperial, PhD, recently joined Gilead Sciences as a Pharmacometrician. She received her BS in Chemical Engineering at the University of Washington and was an undergraduate researcher with the Department of Pharmaceutics. She pursued a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmacogenomics then a postdoctoral fellowship at University of California San Francisco focused on applying pharmacometric approaches to characterize treatment response in patients with tuberculosis. Marjorie was part of the NIAID AIDS Clinical Trials Group where she was involved with clinical protocol development and applied modeling and simulation approaches to inform clinical trial designs. She has been a member of ASCPT since 2017.
