Dr. Katarzyna Drozda, Pharm.D., M.S., is a reviewer in the Division of Translational and Precision Medicine in the Office of Clinical Pharmacology at US Food and Drug Administration where she works across different therapeutic areas to advance the practice of precision medicine by advising drug, biomarker, and in vitro diagnostic developers on scientific and regulatory matters; develops policies and guidance for industry related to pharmacogenomics and targeted drug development; and conducts research projects to evaluate the use of biomarkers in drug development and regulatory decision-making. She received her Pharm.D. and M.S. in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she also completed a pharmacogenomics fellowship.
