Creating and documenting mechanistic models of human disease and leveraging these models to inform trial design by (for example) extrapolating to different populations can be done efficiently. It's often done in the wrong order! Here we show how the jinkō platform allows us to create the documentation and knowledge model first building consensus and ownership and allowing for rapid and error-free model creation. We then show how an easy-to-use interface allows users to create and efficiently simulate their own trial designs. This allows trial design optimization for new populations. Finally, we show how results can be displayed and stored in jinkō, creating a durable competitive advantage for the research team.
